Thankfulness Day 20: Memories from Monument Valley

Following our California circuit in the spring of 2013, we drove North and East toward Colorado. On our way, we were able to swing through Monument Valley! It was even more incredible than I had imagined, and certainly a must-see if you are anywhere in the area.

These are Austin's pictures - he's got a great eye for it, so I generally carry equipment and scout out new picture spots while he takes them. He loves to share what he knows about photography, so I've learned a ton from him, and have started taking a camera along as well.
