I recently came across this story, and thought I'd share it here.
"A little girl was late coming home from school one day. When she finally walked in the door, her mother asked what had kept her.
'I was helping a girl who broke her doll,' the little girl said.
'That's nice,' said the mother, 'did you fix the doll?'
'No, I just sat and cried with her.'"
